As part of efforts to redefine Ikeja’s commercial landscape, Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited has unveiled its latest venture, Grosvenors Place, in Lagos.
The company articulated Grosvenors as a meticulously planned and designed space intended to nurture thriving businesses, offer entrepreneurs a conducive environment, and provide shoppers with unparalleled convenience.
This initiative, according to the company, underscores its unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for Ikeja. The project to be completed by 2024 end is a collaborative effort with Sovereign Finance Company Limited, a financial services provider.
