NPFL: Rangers Will Play Beautiful Football In 2023/24 Season –GM/CEO, Ezeaku

The General Manager of Rangers International, Mr. Amobi Ezeaku, has promised the club’s teeming fans across the globe that the Flying Antelopes will play beautiful football in the 2023/2024 season, reports.

Ezeaku who spoke to in Awka recently said that Rangers management has put in motion plans to ensure a successful outing in the new season.

According to him, Rangers have a promising team with young players as put together by Head Coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu.

“My promise to all our fans around the world is that we are going to play beautiful football. We are going to do our best. We are going to stick to our strategic plan. We are not going outside our strategic plan. We will play beautiful football and try to uphold sporting excellence,” Ezeaku started.

“We have a promising team. What excites my soul is the age. We have a very young team. Coach Fidelis knows what he is doing. We have players 16, 17, 18, etc. and when you look at them you know yes that the future is bright.

“He has his philosophies which he wants us to abide with and we are doing that by our playing pattern, our playing philosophy. We have played a couple of friendly games and you can see that the game is flowing. The Rangers’ philosophy is back,” Ezeaku assured.

Enugu Rangers have won the Nigerian top-flight league seven times; in 1974, 1975, 1976, 1981, 1982, 1984 and 2016, as well as six FA Cup titles [1974, 1975, 1976, 1981, 1983, 2018] and one CAF Cup Winners Cup [now CAF Confederation Cup] title in 1977.
